Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Standard shipping via UPS or FedEx generally takes 3-5 business days depending on your location.
What is your return and exchange policy?
We accept returns and exchanges on unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached within 14 days of the delivery date. Please note that items marked as Final Sale cannot be returned.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, RtA ships worldwide. International shipping rates and duties are calculated at checkout based on the destination country and order weight.
How do I care for my RtA leather and denim pieces?
To preserve the quality of our premium fabrics, we recommend professional leather cleaning for skin products and cold hand-washing or dry cleaning for our signature denim.
